Alajuela, Costa Rica, is known for its ideal coffee-growing conditions, particularly at altitudes between 1300 and 1445 meters where these beans are cultivated. The eco-friendly approach to processing includes eco-pulping and sun-drying, which ensures that the coffee not only tastes great but is also produced with sustainable practices.
