This coffee boasts a tasting profile that includes notes of dried orange, berry, and chocolate. It is medium-roasted and undergoes a fully washed process, followed by drying in solar dryers to shield the beans from rain. The coffee holds an EP certification/grading and is sourced from smallholder farmers in Medellin. The beans are a mix of varieties, including Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica, all cultivated in the region of Medellin, Antioquia, Colombia. These beans are grown at altitudes ranging from 1300 to 1500 meters in volcanic loam soil, contributing to their distinctive flavor profile.
