Introducing Bali Blue, a delicious coffee from the smallholder farmers of Kintamani, Bali, Indonesia. This coffee is grown at high altitudes (1200-1600 meters) in volcanic loam soil, resulting in a rich and flavorful cup. The coffee is hand-picked and wet-hulled before being dried on raised beds. This process results in a smooth, well-balanced coffee with notes of dark chocolate, molasses and brown sugar.
